Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Santhana Lakshmi Metals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making Inbound & outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Inbound & outbound calls to new and existing clients.
• Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Fluency in Malayalam / Hindi / Kannada is preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

🕘 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
